We like to sprint and we like to retrospect with more metrics. This tool will print out the original estimate breakdown and the time spent breakdown by issue type. For example the screenshot shows how much time we spent on bugs, improvements and engineering tasks. In the second section we outline issues by type and ordered by how much they were off from the original estimate. We find it beneficial to go over issues that had the estimate way off. For example 2 days instead of 1 day. At the same time we don't care about couple of hours here and there.
